With all this talk about zOMG! Badges...

I was thinking of a new set of Badges; (if this has been mentioned before by anyone, please forgive me)

You know how you have Kill Badges right? 50, 500, and 5,000? Now how about Ring Usage Badges? But instead have like say 500, 5,000, and 50,000 for each Ring? There are many RPGs out there that keep record of how many times you use certain skills, and this idea just kinda popped in my head a couple days ago, I guess when [ JK ] made the Badge Contest topic.

A good reason as to why I suggest this is to get some even usage out of all the rings of zOMG!. Cause we all know that some (or most) of them rarely get used. And getting Badges for using them should give the users the reason to try and use them more often and hopefully find a good use for them, or maybe suggest ways to improve them to make them all balanced.

Just an idea, any thoughts or suggestions? smile


(also i'm not sure if zOMG! even keeps track of such a thing though, if it doesn't then this might not be able to happen easily)

What about rings like Defib and Taunt that have fewer uses? Would you have to go searching for hundreds and thousands of dazed people? XD

@ Ave: yes, yes you would. ooh, I can definately see it as a challengeing badge, but this idea is fab-licious.I suggest you put it up in the actual contest. I don't know if it would count, but definately give it a try if you haven't already.

what about the aoe rings? would there be higher numbers for that?

would bandage, wish and diagnose be based on the health healed?

would the buffs only count if they were rr4? i can see people spamming that like crazy too.
