Will we ever get to sell rings again?

I know back in... i guess someone told me 2008 or 9...
people were able to sell their zomg rings for gold on MP.

Why can't we do that anymore and will we ever be able to?

If we could, they would be worth 10g each. Because the market would FLOOD. And if you buy rings, you can bypass playing the whole game. And I feel pretty confident saying they won't make it that way again. But you can sell event rings.

No. We will never be able to sell rings for gold again, excepting event rings and the few grandfathered exceptions. We can't do it because, honestly, if we could, the market would be flooded with rings and they'd be worthless anyways, maybe 100 gold for a 10 cl ring and then someone who'd hasn't played through at least most of the game could waltz into Shallow Seas or End Boss or DMS with no understanding of the game. We have enough problems with people being dumb about things as it is.

The only rings with value would be the ones above cl 10. Would you really want to be able to sell a ring on the mp if it would be worth 1 gold?
