Nope. It's a special event ring that was designed for Limited Edition sales in the Cash Shop. I think they sold it about 2 years ago (Someone else correct me if I'm wrong sweatdrop ) in the Cash Shop, for 999 cash or something. I wasn't here when it was first introduced, to be honest.

But currently, the only way to get a copy of the ring is to purchase it from the Marketplace.
