Yo I got quoted. <3 I suppose I might be able to join. ono; What're the rules about "maybe" joins? Like is there a specific time I need to let you know by if I end up not being able to do the run(s)? (Obviously I would attempt to do so within a timely manner but sometimes things come up.) Would I only need to be sure I have a sub waiting in case? (Sorry tons of questions<3 Super interested though.)
You can be on the list for people interested in participants and if people want you on their team or if you want to be a captain and form your own you can do that. You should probably let the team you're own know what sort of time limitations and availability problems you have so they they can have a sub in mind for you in case you have to bow out. The observers will try our best to work with you and your team to make the run work out ok. The reason why the "contest period" is so long is so that I can give people every chance to work around their schedules.
Honestly though, it's something you have to work out in your crews. I'll allow the "core team" roster to be changed up until the time of the run.
