The Battle of Three Brudges Bugged?

While i was happily playing and i started this quest. The first bridge was fine, but when i got to the second one, No spawns came out. Whats up with that?

What time of day were you playing? if it was in the morning then the spawns won't happen.

The second bridge for the Three Bridges quest is actually the far right bridge, near Barton. The middle bridge is the Lanterns, which will only spawn at night. That's the last bridge you'll be going to.
