xd I'd much rather crew with people with a sense of humour than people who think it's all "serious business."
Swearing doesn't bother me at all unless it's not serious, at someone, about Someone or literally every word out of someone's mouth e.g. "F*ck, I f*cking f*cked that up! F*ck this! I've f*cking had it!" -serious rage. O_O
I try to make more of an effort not to swear since there are a lot of younger users but I don't mind if other people do, sometimes it can be really funny -particularly if someone's screwed-up.

I think I was in the same crew as you. Sorry to hear that you're "butt-hurt" from what the leader said but I kinda do agree with you. Just brush of the dust and forget about it. It's not like he is going to follow you everywhere right?

I cuss a lot irl... I dunno how much I do it in zOMG, especially when I'm leading... Pretty sure I cuss at least some. oO; I've never thought much of it. If Gaia doesn't filter us in the forums I don't see a big deal. If they don't like it, tough s**t. "********" is one of the most versatile words in our language. X3 Works as a verb, noun, adjective, adverb.... You tell me another word that flexible. ^^; It's just words, you're offended, well... There's the leave crew button right there. =/

I guess there are 2 sides to the coin here. One is the fact that people shouldn't really be telling you what to say, and Gaia is a 13+ site where swearing is allowed. Point number 2 being that especially in crews of randoms, you want to put your best-face forward, and that involves not being too potty-mouthed. Either way, p***s is more of a silly cuss-word than an offensive one.

I keep my word-filter on, but at the same time, I'm not bothered by other people cussing when I do. It's part & parcel of being on a website with these ToS. If I wanted something that was totally inoffensive, I'd go to Neopets or something...
