Good evening Lanzer, how are you tonight?
With the recent release of Summons and the Headstart Ticket, most of us who play zOMG know that this is a final decision on whether or not you will continue to support updating the game or not...
At the current moment, can you offer us any light on the numbers, are they doing well?
It's still a little early, as reports usually don't come compiled until later on in the week. Though not everything will be based on number alone. Please stay tuned on what we'll work on.
To tell you the truth, I'm not too thrilled about the response to my question. I realize he can't yet provide numbers, but the fact that there's more to keeping updates rolling, other than just money... Kind of makes me wonder what else the problem is.
I mean, really, from the looks of things this last update to zOMG was a huge success. It's brought new players to the game, and a decent amount of revenue - And I say decent lightly, to the fact that we really haven't witnessed it have a great influx of revenue in the past.
However, this makes me question what other aspects they are trying to get zOMG to 'pass' on. Since monetizing it appears to be successful, and that was one of the original issues in the first place... What other deciding factors would there have to be?
