Yes, the bar is full, DMS is open. If it's not open right this very moment, try getting in around 8-9am PST. Not quite sure how "automated" the gate is. I would check, but I have a bloodstone xD;;

Right now, the right end of the bar is flat. When it is as round as the left end of the bar, then it will be open.
