There's other quests in town, and Leon should've directed you to Larry, who should tell you to talk to Bill.

If you beat the farm, you should have a quest to go talk to what's her name in the Zen Gardens, which are to the north.

Make sure you got the quest from Bill's son and finished that chain, after completing the quest to milk cows and catch a chicken.
