Scardy Cat isn't working...

I've recently incorporated SCat into my ring set and I read that it will affect whoel areas at RR3-RR4. However when I use it at those rage levels, I can only affect one monster. Why is that so?

Bad luck would be my guess. It works fine for me and my crews.

I believe Scaredy Cat is a conical AoE, so only enemies standing close to it will be hit.

Kinda like slash.

I could be wrong though. I've not actually tested >.<;

Do you select a monster and then just click/hold to SCat and release?

Whole area does not mean the whole screen. Just a fairly large AoE around your target. >.>

yeah but everytime I use it at RR4, it only affects 1 monster.

The rest of the resisted or were not in that cone-shaped area mentioned?

IME, it's a circle of growing size. And Debuff Resist wouldn't affect it: it's a CC. O_.

I find that odd. Why should there be a distinction between CC and Debuffs seeing they sort of affect status (fear, stun, lowered stats etc).
