All sorts of horrible things.

Sometimes everything resets, sometimes individual parts of the instance (YM/GR/HPR/Crypt) will reset, rooms will shuffle around, and I think they fixed it but it used to be so if someone goes into GR alone and leaves it would trap everyone. Couldn't go through any doors.

That ain't fixed /just did it a few days ago and glitched everyone in YM

It's calling fail scripting. It was scripted poorly. SS also resets once you are in EB/Sealab.
