Use a darker hue than the bright red and a lighter hue from the darker red, a color hue that contrasts the darker and lighter regions.
Also, I want a double cheeseburger with waffle fries with that.

I have no artistic ability at all okay

It isn't that hard, if the grey/gray outline is consistent with no breaks, then you can easily experiment with different hues.
