It's just like a solid gold version of the regular eggs.

Yep, you can only get the Easter recipes and loot from regular Easter eggs. The golden egg just gives you the golden egg/ticket and gold. =P

Do you know approximately how long after you click on an egg the chick will appear, if it's an egg that contains a chick?
And will chicks come from any egg, or only ones that give gold only?

I haven't seen any chicks from breaking eggs myself, but I read that another person's chick appeared pretty soon after they broke the egg, even though the loot was still taking a while to show up. I've got no first hand experience though. xD

The only chick I've got I happened to stumble across, but I probably broke the egg myself anyway, I've been circulating the same windows for a while now. x3

i keep getting golden centered eggs like 6 in a row =3=

Found my first chick hatched from an egg! It appeared pretty much instantly. xD

My chick hatched immediately from the egg too :3 It took me a long time to find an egg with a chick inside though, out of 6 chick, only one was hatched by me. The rest were looted x3

Theres been a few claims that easter eggs will eventually hatch into the chicks if their not found.
So theoretically one could just sit on an egg and wait for it to hatch into a chick then nab it.
Thoughts?
