That is not a ring, that is the powerup named Revive.

The ring to revive people is Defibrillate, but you can only use that on others, not on yourself.

It is a powerup called "Revive".

The divinity ring is a buff ring. It makes you regain stamina quicker when it is used on you, especially if it is raged to 4,(ie. used at its maximum).

I believe it makes the enemy be stuck in its place.. I'm not sure. You can read the description of each ring in zomg when you open your "bag" / inventory...
