And again, Slayer, Qixter doesn't make all of these decisions on his own, so for the last time, stop pinning the blame on him.

Besides, the game isn't hard to solo up to the Shallow Seas point. You just have to know what you're doing and strategize beforehand.

The only part of this game that you can't solo is the end scenario (the Shallow Seas series).

However, that being said, I would venture to suggest that the real problem you're discussing is Rock Armor and the way it works currently in the game.

As I've mentioned before, the rings are going to get a big overhaul soon and things are going to get balanced in many different ways.

One of the systems that's going to get overhauled is the armor system, and there will be far fewer rings that are "Ally Only". So the situation that you describe will not be pertinent after those changes.

But you're wrong on this point, SlayerBlade. Except for the Shallow Seas series, this entire game is soloable. I've soloed all of it.

I solo a lot of the time, mostly because there are a lot of people who don't pull their weight in a crew. But on the other hand, a large amount of the crews Ive been in have been pretty awesome, mostly for Dneslam farming.

It's not impossible to solo at all - I didn't join a crew until after I'd completed Katsumi's Dollby myself. I think the reason why it's been made so beneficial to crew is only to encourage people to get to know each other - after all, Gaia originally began as a place for people to meet.

But the devs have listened to our feedback, so stop yapping. The whole point of Beta, is that the game GETS better (sorry, bad pun).

Sorry all, but I have to agree that crews these days are pretty bad. I almost always have to kick someone for running ahead and stealing chests, or just plain being detrimental to a crew. I hate to kick people but sometimes its better to kick them than to abandon a whole run. Especially when it takes so long to put a decent crew together to SS/EB. I always check stats and always warn people that I will kick them BEFORE we go down the whirly. Sometimes I have to kick them for going down and fighting animates before we EVEN get down, like what? I can't see them on the crew panel? As they tell me they are not doing anything? I DO choose to crew with friends/Clan/Guild only just for this reason.

He's talking about on the Dev Testing servers, not the Live servers (aka the ones that we players... er, play on).

It's not just him. There's nothing in the game except for EB that I haven't soloed, and I'm not the best/most efficient player, either.

I'm holding back on judging until I get a chance to try the new SS, but it would be a bit disappointing if the only zone where you can play at max level becomes totally unsoloable.

I have crewed: With my girlfriend in VG and Bill's to get her started - she's on her own now, mostly soloer.

Several times in the last few weeks to attempt EB (which run into the "Random crews are not made of win" scenario).

Everything else in the game - every single boss instance etc., every quest, every farming run - has been solo.

Ive nly ever been in a good crew once...and that was luck and that was for eb I gt lucky...now every time I go int a crew for eb then all end up leaving cause they get bored.or it get "to"hard for them and they are cl 10...my cl is like 9.6 or 9.7 now and im fed up I can no longer get orbs cause I die solo in ss...I jus find these 9 year old brats who thnk there the boss when they are not should just be quiet and try making there own crew instead of joining one and causing problems like atracting like 20 animated to the crew cause they did not listen to "them" when they are not cap....so if there is awsesome people who would do eb with me and listen and have a good time PM FOR GODS SAKE FOR IM FED UP WITH NOOBS XD
