Since September, I've only purchased the Bloodstone Amulet and two Revives, as part of being under a self-imposed cash ban as a protest against Alchemy.

Amulet - 3.99
Revive (regular) - 49 x 2
= $4.97

However, I have purchased over 20 Summons from the cash shop and marketplace, as well as two Boardwalk headstart tickets from the cash shop in 2011.

Oh, almost forgot! With my mule I've bought 1 each of the gem and amulet since September.
