Nice...Alert me if you have an auction for any of the game items...the scarf sounds so...so sinister twisted

It might be a bit before any scarf auctions are held. The Fluffs are not a big deal, but-

... or if your crew actually protects you, which is rare in my case.

You need to get yourself a better crew. sweatdrop

What about a Demonic Pirate 2 set build for extreme damage output.
Start with Hot Foot and Shark Attack and then when enemies get closer you can use Hack, Slash, and Fire Rain. The extra speed and stamina recovery would make up for not having any healing rings as well as using Scaredy Cat boosted by Iron Will.

i'm really eager to try captain cook (hint hint). and doesn't spacetrooper seem like alot of work for a weight increase? getting pushed around really isn't that annoying.

You've never been to the Hive, then. gonk

Ace - Crystal Fluff, actually. Null Fluff is a regular Fluff with an ugly face. It's one of the endgame items, which I got by defeating the final boss. :>

I've gotten three of the four endgame recipes, but the Sinister Scarf I gave to another member. The other two I've made into items.

I may be holding an auction when I get a second Crystal Fluff. ninja

Ooooh, I would love to be on the list for the Crystal Fluff auction

I'll PM you when I get it, then. 3nodding

... which could be a while, at this rate. Crews aren't working the way they should, and you really need a crew to beat the final boss...
I have a question. Does anyone know by chance if when you level a set of rings, that the buff in the set gets boosted too. Say I have a 1.0 Ninja set and I level it to 5.0, does the dodge bonus the ninja set gives me increase with the set?

In addition to that question a set I've been using that may not work as well as Iron Chef is Ninja/Athlete. While it provides a rather large boost to max health, it lacks greatly in healing, where Iron Chef can heal with meat. However it has Fitness ring and Fleet Feet which is useful. Plus Taunt makes you a very good tank for beating a single boss and taking the aggro since your dodge is really high from the bonus plus the Fitness ring. I managed to beat the OMGWTF at C.L. 2.7 with it though, and one other person who just spammed a 3.0 Bandage.

Short answer is yes.

Long answer is yes, but it's very subtle and the rings average out the overall boost similar to the ACL. If all the rings are CL5, you get the set bonus at CL5. If they are not, you get the average between the four.

Guys I would like some input on my build. I have on one hand my medic set and my other hand is fitness and 3 attack rings but I would like to have a set for partying that is all healing stuff. I would have 3 open slots so what rings do you think are best?

I was thinking:
Divinity
Ghost
healing halo

Is this good?

*i have no idea and i don't want to show up under-prepared.*
EDIT: also is fitness worth it?

Updated the first page Two-Set section with a list of all possible dual sets and two new names.

If you can find a name that fits Ninja Medic better, I'll be surprised.

Acupuncturist.

You're going to have to check the spelling on that, because I know I butchered it. sweatdrop

Justification? Who else would you trust with needles that long and a knowledge of the many pressure points on the human body?!

I haved used a ninja-angel combo. It is very good and very useful for solo and/or group hunting. Using ninja's dodge bonus prevents the enemy from hitting you much (higher levels might not get hit at all). Combine that with angel's ability to get more drops often makes one of the best orb/ring hunting combos.
Oh and if there was a name for this it would be holy ninja
Not only are crews not working, clan chat isn't either. WHich is hampering my efforts for some massive application of blunt force trauma onto the posteriors of the Animated. 3nodding

I second this as I have been using this build since yesterday. I'll comment more on it as I use it after my problem is fixed.

Today for some reason I can't have both of these sets on at the same time. If I take a ring off from one of the sets, the other activates but when I put it back on it deactivates. As a test I put the Medic set with my angel set and ninja set separately and both sets worked with the medic set. I dunno if this is a glitch or what but it's kinda weird.
