I personally wouldn't recommend sets for DMS, just because you don't want to be limited to just the rings of a set for it.

The build that I use for DMS is Solar, Mantis, Hack, Bandage, Duct Tape, two buffs assigned by the leader, and Meat.

Really, the first and last rings are mandatory for DMS, Solar for blocking the Grue, Meat for the extra HP.
