You use to be able to use them to by things from the shop, but now they seem to be worthless. At least I haven't figured out what they're used for now. They are still soulbound, so I can't sell or trade them. What do I do with them?

2000 Pontiac Firebird, V6 Y87 (Basically, geared for acceleration and Dual tailpipes) package, previous owner sold the W68 ground effects that came with it and rebuilt the engine ~5 years ago.

IIRC, they can be sold back in the same way orbs can be.
