Is there a certain place I have to fight to find the Kitty Fluff Plushie recipe or is it random? Also does anyone know the ingredients I will need to complete it? Thank you

Nope. I remember it coming out as a rare prize from one of those zOMG RIGs. I forget which one...maybe the summon one? Anyway, it does not come from the game.

It was in a fluff bundle, but yeah the recipe is rare now. So unless Gaia releases those bundles again, pretty much slim chance of getting the recipe or the item unless it gets put in marketplace.
