can someone please help me? i think i pressed something wrong and got stuck in a green circle in MMO. i dont know what it is and i dont know how to get out, and i cant move at all other than sitting down and standing back up, help?

its this pulsing bright green circle with arrows pointing at me, I didnt have it before and now i have it and i cant move emo

The green circle appears when you select yourself/click on your ava.

If you have a Diagnose Ring, try using it.
I know in closed beta, I would get stuck like that and using the Diagnose Ring would get me moving again.
