I wanna start DMSing..

..but so far I've had no luck finding a crew willing to help me. If anyone would be okay with taking me under their wing and guiding me through that would be beyond awesome. I'm a good listener and don't argue unless I'm given a good reason to (implying there's ever a good reason to argue on a game). I've already read through 2 guides on DMS, so I *kind* of know what's going on, but reading < experiencing.
