I hate it. I can be in the Null messing around with my rings, re-reading useful information in the help, or just plain sitting there and I get oodles and oodles of invites from people wanting me to do SS/EB just because I'm a certain level.
I tell them no. I say it nicely, I scream it and yet they keep sending me invites.
The other day I had this:
Random User Invite.
Me: -Clicks no.-
Random User Invite - Same user
Me: -Clicks no, irritated.-
Random User Invite - Same User
Me: -Clicks no.-
Random User Private Message: Why won't you accept?
Me: Because I don't feel like it? I don't know.
Random User Private Message: Well, what do you want to do? We'll do what you want to do.
Me: .........(Insert not kind words here).
Honestly, how many times does it take to say no to get people to leave you alone? I don't harass people to join in SS/EB crews and it's possible to solo SS so what's with the pleading of certain users?
Personally, I think invites should be restricted to people in that area, not people in different maps or in null. = |
Oh that or friend invites over and over again =w=
I had one guy in zOMG a few months ago he followed me everywhere and was like play accept my invite
Then I uncapped and went and hid out in Gold beach =w=
Gah, I hate this type of thing. So a newb/noob gathered four people together and I was like accepting the invite. When I asked her what do we do now she's like, "I don't know, I just wanted to gather you all together because you're strong!" And I left the crew but she kept inviting me.
Noobs like that get on my nerves...and before anyone flames me, she's a newbie AND a noob.
Uncheck the box in the Recrewt window.
If they keep it up, just add them to your ignore list.
zOMG!'s probably added more to my ignore list than all the rest of Gaia combined.
