- I remember when it was rare seeing cl10.0's and everyone would just follow them everywhere until they ran into a null. thats when i was like 1.5ish.
- I rememeber when orbs dropped like crazy, and every 2 monsters dropped like 3 orbs. ( Thats how I got to cl10 fast, my nooby ways. I am no longer such a noob though xD ).

back then monsters only dropped 1 orb per animated.

KKD got a home and this is not that long ago (a few months?)
I remember when KKD had no entrance and was spawning on a screen in zen, and 30 people were crashing the servers and it lagged like hell and she never spawned.

Yes and everyone was abusing it and going in as a CL 4-10 and killing OMGWTF for lower CL's.
I remember how glad I was when my crew succeed and it was fun trying to kill him, while there were no higher cl's.

which made badge farming easy, but then you could lure a huge mob of the animated to a lower cl and let them die, which was really annoying for them.
People who were badge farming, gathered them and cleared all screens, so lower CL's had problems to find any animated for farming.

But what I rememeber, and miss most of all is Landy.
The first time I saw landy it was chasing a girl in a inaris bead as a fox, this was A LONG TIME AGO. She was screaming help and landy on the shout box. Landy was such a murderer and was respected back then, now hes just a mean old bully which no one goes after.

I remember that he was killed as cl 10 and he was strong,
now you have to surpress but he is still still strong and it's almost the same, only that there not so many low cl corpses on GB screaming for a defib

I think zomg improved a lot and most of the changes are good (except the high orb drop rates)

It is nice to remember the "good old" days and to remember the fun and frustration. But then most of us have made a lot of friends, enjoying the laughter and the tears of some of the most out and out amazing times. I miss the old days too when it was fun to see how long you could last against Landy. So may of us met at Landy hunting parties. <3 It's funny to remember some of the glitches too. xd Like KKD (Not the doll but the player) getting stuck in Otami on the cliff. So may nice memories so many nice people!

Yes, it's still in beta but where there is new, and there is, there is also old. A lot of us were around from the very beginning of open beta, some even before that. So for us there is an old zOMG. But then new people wouldn't get that. xd

@ orb drop rate comment: they are fine. It makes farming a not so tedious task. Or would you rather have to grind for a ridiculous amount of time like in korean mmos?

Oh I know what you mean crying
I remember the times when I still loved my dervish...nowadays I've got the impression that dervish is more like for loosing your energy than for fighting itself crying
I also remember where the boss of the gnoms was still hardcore and there weren't all those asses which just killed him so that the lower cls can't do that anymore(just to show of their high cl)
