You mean the sewer?
Complete the Quests the NPCs give you, and once you've done them all, and have finished talking to the NPCs about what they want you to do, they'll tell you how to get out. And then your Map will update showing you all the MANY places you can get out from. And then you exit.

It's simple: Just do the Quests.

but that just it if i look at the quests I don't see any. Also not by 'active' That girl said something like (after I got my second ring or sort of..) kill those hamster things biggrin really weird xD
