Welcome to Gaia! ::

So currently I have a fitness ring but Im wondering if its worth it? So I just want to know whether all you guys find it helpful in zomg and how much of a difference it makes

Anyway currently I have...
Diagnose, Defribillate, Adrenaline, Bandage(Healing set)
Hack, Slash, Shark Attack, Fitness

If I were to not use it then what ring would you suggest?
IMO, the effects of Fitness aren't very noticeable.

I'd replace it with something more useful like divinity, since you have both hack and sharkattack (big stam eaters) in your ringset.
Malignant Virus

So divinity increases the rate at which your regain stamina?
i suggest you burn that shark attack and get your self a defense buff like pot lid or meat

healer needs the defense

about fitness it helps on regenerating stamina a lil (witch is always helpful whit the current stamina consumption of rings ) and getting more drops so if you want to level up your rings fast using this ring will help you whit that

it also gives a wide variate of small buffs whit no cost on stamina to use just equip it and that's it any way other good rings you could consider are improbability sphere witch lets you send the enemy attacks back at them divinity witch gives a big boost to stamina amd ghost witch lets you dodge enemy attacks .

any way right now the ring that id say should be removed first is shark attack definitively
So would you say having a ranged attack ring isn't that important?

Of course. At tremendous rates.

Not if you know how to use it. Most people run up to the monsters even though they have ranged rings anyway.

And shark has too little range to be actually considered a -range- ring.

if you want a ranged attack ring id say ANY of the other ranged attack rings are better then that

it consumes to much stamina for a bump level attack hardly any range
solar ray , hot foot and guns guns guns those are the rings you want if you need a ranged attack ring

in any case you still need your defense considering you are a healer and people depend on your healing powers so its aether fitness or shark attack to be traded for meat or pot lid
So do you all think changing fitness+shark attack to divinity + pot lid would be a better choice?

you need the defense ring and shark attack sucks BADLY so yes you need the pot lid and/or meat ring

if you want a ranged attack you can use one of the 3 rings i suggested or you can put a second defense ring buff on or divinity is your choice

why don't you try experimenting cl swapping around and see if the changes are to your liking if they aren't then try the other rings .
Alright well I will try the 2 rings that have been suggested and then make my decision off of that

Thanks for the help guys biggrin

Personally, i like Fitness. When I get a break in my battles, I regain 10 stamina kneeling at a time, really fast, with Fitness. I don't play with it off often, but the regen was much less without it. Of course, I don't use Divinity, and I'm always trying to solo shewolf so I don't have TIME to stand still to get Div to work.
But yeah, I think that you do need some defense. I don't leave the Null without Potlid.
The small boosts to your Dodge, Accuracy, and Willpower can help. Even if it seems unnoticeable. You'll be thankful for the fact that you're hitting your enemies more often than not having it. It's an all-in-one ring. So, the Dodge will help prevent criticals hits from your enemies...somewhat. The Accuracy boost will help you hit more often, unless you want to have a Keen Aye on you all the time for that. The Willpower boost could help as well. Ah! Then there' the small Luck boost. Much better as a CL10 Fitness though. Not so much in its lower levels.
Its really not that hard to check for yourself. Fitness give you double it's CL to all of your stats. So CL 10 gives you 20 to all. Meaningless! Besides the weight, that ain't too bad, but a full rage halo would be better if you want to be heavier.
The best part that wasn't mentioned is the stamina boost. Instead of recovering stamina 8 at a time you recover 10 at a time.
