How do I "attune" a Null Crystal to an area?

I'm starting to do quests in Bill Ranch, but everytime I get dazed I'm sent to the Village.
How do I attune the crystal so I can go back to Bill's Ranch?

You have to enter the null chamber through the crystal in bill's ranch.

Find the null chamber crystal in Bill's Ranch.
Once you enter it, you are automatically attuned to it. (:

It's the same process for attuning to any new area.
You have to enter the null chamber of that specific area, and when you do it for the first time, you become attuned to it.
