I noticed you mentioned the admin's love of RO. I have to say, looking at the screenshots that the 2D land and 3D avatars/monsters did resemble the look of RO. I believe you are right when you say there will be many similarities. And I rather like that, RO is an easy game for new players to catch on and old players to experience more.

One question I had, do you think they will get some Gaians to mod for them? I have just started looking into the business of Computer Games and found out the best way to get a foot in, is to mod for some games to get the experience of dealing with players and game issues.

So far, no. It is starting off fresh, so a player recruited GM, CSR service won't happen right off the bat. Since Gaia is not a major MMO developer, they may not do it either. Only time will tell.

Most official MMO's require Gaming Customer Service experience and an age limit though, so I really don't know =|

I understand the rings determine how much damage and such, but will different rings make you attack different ways? Also, Will yoiu be able to use the wepons in gaia for show, as in will you be able to swing the weapon utilizing the ring's attack?

That exact information of current weapons LOOKING like they do something has not been stated. So it's a maybe.

Some rings, do somethings. Some are fireballs, some can be ninja stars, etc.
