I'm really sad to hear that you're leaving zOMG! However, I can understand the need to move on to other projects. 3nodding I just wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed playing zOMG! It's sad that you're leaving the Gaia crew but I hope that you'll still stay on as a user here instead!!! Thank you for all the hard work and making the Old Gaia dream of an MMO possible! heart You'll always be remembered as a fundamental player in the Gaian Universe and I wish you every success in your next projects and careers.

But you're the best. You were the only staff member who really kept a close eye on the community. You're not like every other developer out there. You took full responsibility for all the glitches when new SS came out. You listen to suggestions that the community fantasizes up, and then you actually consider implementing them into the game if they're good instead of hitting the "delete" button. You managed to do what I've never seen done before: achieve nearly perfect balance and variety between 40 different abilities that seem to combine wondrously with each other. With the exception of noobs that have 6 or so attack rings, you almost never see 2 people with the same set of 8 rings. Where will this project be without you? And what about chapter 2, who will direct that? I understand, I guess you're onto bigger and better things now. Too bad, though. Oh well. In my opinion, you've done a great job, better than any video game director I've ever seen in my life. Thanks for creating one of the best MMOs of all time. Yeah, I've never been very good with words, but... good luck with your new job working on your new game and stuff. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for everything you've done, Qixter. tl;dr version: Thanks for creating one of the best MMO's of all time. I hope you can make another game just as perfect as this one. |
