Well the "gold puffs" you are asking about could be the sand fluffs in Gold Beach, or the coral fluffs in Shallow Seas....or possibly the fluffs in the sandtrap in Village Greens. I am not sure which you want. Papa Saw is in Bass'ken Lake.

Generally when users want gold they farm sand trap fluffs in Village Greens until they're 5.0, then they move on to Papa Saw in Bass'ken Lake until their buffs + normal rings are all 10.0. Then it's smob/smeb in Gold Beach.
