What are they, what do they do, and how do i use them?

You get them from doing various things. They boost your stats as your G'Hi increases in different ways. They are always active as long as you have at least a little G'Hi, but obviously, the more G'Hi you have, the stronger they are.

They're passive abilities - you don't need to do anything to have them work.
They just give you a little boost, that's all.
