I've been thinking of how best to answer this for a while. Here goes.
In DMS you need 11 buffs for yellow maze and green rooms: Keen, Rock, Iron, Teflon, Improb Sphere, Halo, Divinity, Pot Lid, Ghost, My Density, and Coyote.
Rock, Teflon, Pot Lid and Improb Sphere are spammable armor buffs that make it easier to rage.
So if you're giving 11 buffs out to 6 people then your buff assign would look something like:
Person 1: Keen, Rock
Person 2: Iron, Teflon
Person 3: Improb Sphere, My density
Person 4: Ghost, Pot Lid.
Person 5: Halo and Coy
Person 6: Divinity
Once you're in green rooms a Sweetheart ring is nice to have, and if you don't have a tank then you can just give everyone two buffs. If you do have a tank, then you want to give them either one or no buffs. With just the eleven core buffs giving the Tank no buffs means that someone has three buffs. If you have the 11 core buffs + sweetheart then that means two people would have to each carry three buffs to allow a tank to not carry any buffs.
You'll want to give people with three buffs a spammable armor buff. Preferably not Rock if you can avoid it since it doesn't let you get rage once someone in crew has rock at r4 and that could raise complications for the crew if you can't rage your buffs fast enough.
