Yes and yes. Not the luck bonuses though, those are the same from 1 - 12.

Iron Will, Ghost, Rock Armor, and Healing Halo also scale.

Those passives scale accuracy, dodge and fitness scales willpower and health regen too I think.

Sphere and Pot do not scale.

Ghost, Fleet, Keen, Halo, Iron, scale.

Fleet doesn't do you much good in DMS though.

No. You'd need fitness+integ or fitness+sugar rush to keep from getting slept. Getting slept isn't a big deal in first form as long as there's some other people with wish in crew that rage it.

I dunno? A minute? Knife can help you not getting hit but you really probably don't need it. It can help on the last screen because she hits harder there, though. R4 knife at least lets you focus more on healing everyone else instead of yourself.

Although to be honest I prefer just to mob Kamila on those screens. With r4 adren and everyone attacking and everyone but the healers r4ing hack you should make her flee to the next screen in under a minute.

Go with whatever works for you. r2-r3 wish should be enough to heal everyone. For the tank I'd say under 1200.

You can ninja the top right coffin if you hug the left rail by the stairs and use the "G" to target button on it.

Uquicksand can be helpful in first form if you're doing a lot of kiting.
