I haven't been on for over a year, and I do not know how to access ZOMG any more. I was expecting it in the game category but apparently it is no longer there... What am I doing wrong?

They're doing some maintenance on it, so it's currently unavailable. Apparently it's some pretty heavy-duty work because they're not sure when it'll be back.

Instead of removing all links to zOMG! they should have had them lead to a page explaining what's going on or some such...

That would be in essence making a provable commitment to actually finishing the maintenance. By simply taking it off and making it disappear, they have plausible deniability in the event that something does go royally fubared.
