Well, onceyou finish EB you have had to let the game transfer you to the Bar in Barton and talk to all the NPCs, usually in the talk they give you the items. If you haven't done that, or just skipped it all, you won't get your recipes! sweatdrop

You might be one of the unlucky ones who never get the complete set. I think there are a few who have been waiting for 3 years. zOMG died and so they pretty much gave up hope.
