You have to reload the game to get them to show up. Make sure the rings are in your inventory on Gaia, since sometimes the MP lags.

Go to the crystal places on the world map and go inside... click the hand and you should see an list of rings. click and drag to your ring inventory. You can only carry 8 on your "fingers" also in village green in the upper corner near bill's ranch kill the fluffs around there and you get free rings.
