Basically, the Rings will provide the "weapon" itself. Observe the Mantis Ring Concept test. Maybe the weapons (like the ninja-to) is an equipable item that only serves to appear in your avatar, not a tool of destruction. Just like the Katana, G Blade, Bows, Staves and other Monthly Collectibles that look like items.

We could be able to craft equips from stuff found from the MMO game.

the rings r the skills (the rings has magic to attack monsters....) but.. we should be able to use a sword in battle, too. the rings r magic attack (magic is used at a range like a bow) and the weapons (like the swords) could be the melee attack....

(i play to many pvm and pvp games, sorry)
