The devs will make PvP later on after the release of the BS.

I don't imagine PvP will be coming anytime soon in the next few years, let alone blatant PKing.

Considering we'll be fighting fluff 'n' stuff ... I doubt the battle system is meant for the battle hungry people... It seems more like a extension of Towns to me.
