You shouldn't need to bump unless your topic falls off the first page. Bumping is otherwise known as Spam in this forum, and can be liable to reporting.

There are a few good places for CL 10's to farm, actually. It's more up to personal preference.

Shallow Seas has sMOB/sMEB, which is quite the fast run both ways, the former being 10-15 at most with an excellent crew, and 45-60 for the latter, maybe even faster sometimes! The requirements for these runs, though, is that you're willing to learn quickly, have all of your buffs at CL 10, and know what you're doing. Just going in completely mad, or running ahead won't get you many crews.

Bass'Ken Lake holds the Papa Saw Mill, which is a favorite place for a lot of people, since the Normal runs can take only about 5 minutes at a time. There's no real requirements for that.
