Another idea i had was there are alot of people who lead crews who are very calm and patient give them a challenge and let them lead village farming crews with lower levels smile Newer players will learn more and older players will get pushed to their limits XP sounds fun to me

Yes we could do that. Teach newbies how to lead and manage crews and even help them complete the game.

And just so you know I did set up a DMS training guide. We could use it to help people be introduced to DMS.

The thing is the guide starts right when players join ZOMG. The guide splits the DMS tatics per area and builds upon the rest.
