Cap LvL 12?????

does any1 know how 2 get 2 lvl 12 on zomg i am lvl 10.0 and that is all i can do n when i go 2 DMS it says my cap LVL should be 12

Using standard Charge Orbs, you can get your rings to CL 10.0. In order to get from 10 to 12, you need to use Shadow Orbs, which are found exclusively in DMS.
