Bug that is forbidding me from playing

OK, there is something wrong with my zOMG, I'm not sure if other people have this issue as well but i cant seem to be able to pick up the first ring during the tutorial. Which, not being able to pick it up is keeping me from saving the knight and continuing on. Help would be greatly appreciated since I've been having this issue since I started playing.

Err, I've heard of things like this, disconnecting from the server and reconnecting should work, or try clearing your cache, restarting your computer, that could possibly help as well. Good lcuk owo
