1) Try emptying your browser cache and flash storage~

Browser cache: Close the game window and do this:

Internet Explorer: Tools > Delete Browsing History > Temporary Internet Files

Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data/Recent History > Cache

Opera: Top left button for drop down menu > Settings > Delete Private Data > Cache

Chrome: Wrench icon (top right) > Options > Under the hood > Clear browsing data > Cache (everything)

ive tried everything, i even uninstalled java, flash and re installed them to get it working sad i just cant load up zomg it just stays that crystal and doesnt move

Hmm... even after using a different account to log into the game?~

well it loads up the game, it says loading data and what not then it just stays on the crystal i exit out after an hour

When are you going to fix the Papa Saw glitch? It seems like every other day nobody can enter because of it.

Basically, it won't let anyone enter and says "The Door won't open for you. Talk to Gustav or crew with somebody who has previously entered the saw mill." I've done all the missions there, with Gustav, so that's not the problem.

If halzy spends his time doing a lot of investigation into broad descriptions of bugs or screenshots but doesn't have a bug thread with full details where he can ask additional questions, then he'll get just a couple bugs fixed with his time.

If you want bugs fixed, we need full bug report threads. Link 'em!

If halzy spends his time doing a lot of investigation into broad descriptions of bugs or screenshots but doesn't have a bug thread with full details where he can ask additional questions, then he'll get just a couple bugs fixed with his time.

Keep in mind the majority of these are quite old (from top > bottom = oldest to newest)... but I think they're good reference~

Repeatable kill quest counter over 20 (anchor bugs, air fluffs, garlics, alarmskeeters; not sorted between the 4)~

-Full steps to reproduce: Good question; I couldn't make it happen when I tried multiple times~
-Happen every time: Nope. Definitely not~
-Where does it happen: Killing the specific monster and just doing the quest. Only one person in these multiple reports says killing multiple monsters at once triggers it. A couple others said (if I remember correctly) the counter climbed up when they killed one at a time
-Crew only or solo: Never asked that of any of these people~
-Workaround: Nope~
-Mysterious stuff: Lag perhaps. I couldn't find any correlation between all these people~

What about the DMS bugs? That's seems to be what most people are currently concerned about. I wasn't seeing anything in the bugs forum about Alastor or the other DMS issues other than people who seemed confused about how to get access to DMS.

Hey swarf! I'm not certain about this but I don't think people 'see' this thread. A few months ago, a sticky was placed saying that the z! Forum was being changed into a sub-forum of the Gaia gaming forum. It was up for a while and nobody really noticed it until I made a thread about it. This may be the case with this but I greatly doubt it at this point of time. I would love to create a thread about it but I don't feel a thread telling about another thread is really wanted.


Back to the bugs, I'm gonna try my best to find some links to the bug reports since forum searching is the something I can do on Gaia right now =-=

This stems, I think, from a combination of those glitches being both ubiquitous and yet largely mysterious; they're so well-known among DMS players that they won't bother just reporting them, but the glitches are still so difficult-to-reproduce via normal methods that it's almost impossible for us to get more information than "they exist." I've seen a few players volunteering for attempts to reproduce the bugs, lately, but considering that what's required to do so often necessitates several hours investment for a chance at it, I can certainly understand why. sweatdrop

I'm not sure how to convince those who encounter these glitches naturally to take better notes of the circumstances that cause them, but that seems like the only real viable option; as time-consuming as it may be for halzy to have to research these glitches, it's vastly more impractical trying to reproduce them without dev powers. If you want immediate information, you'll likely have to start elsewhere; and if we can encourage players toward better notetaking in the meantime, that would certainly be worth a shot... 3nodding
