I achieved BloodLust quest but I only received only Abuse ring as a reward. No gold, no recipe, no shorb, no Kam essence crying , not even a single blood drop from her. Is it normal ? A bug ? I'm a bit disappointed... (I need ingredients !)

Abuse is as rare of a drop as recipes. Lots of people go through Bloodlust 30+ times without getting an Abuse ring.

This is true It took a long time for me to get that ring, where some got it a lot. I got 3 scarfs before i got it for my collection. confused

yes though it is a really rare drop so getting an infinite will take you more than 5ever.
