If you rely on having tons of health, maybe? I think most people don't need it, or switch meat for SH. I don't have it, so when I tank I don't rely on it, and it's only a bonus if a crew member brings it.

A few tips

1) sweetheart is unnecessary
2) always take one Crowd Control (cat or tape)
3) find the method that works best for you(i like to take one side of the room at a time if I can help it)

4) Set down some ground rules like no sitting or randomly attacking s**t for the crew(please note that you will probably have to repeat yourself, perhaps a bit violently)

5) read some forums about arrgoing/tanking and general fighting it helps

Not really, no. All it does is give a bit of a health boost. (though r4 SH stacked onto r4 meat is a nice combo, its not necessary or essential.
