Attunement?

I want to try and get attuned today.

My highest CL (last I checked) was 11.6

My rings at 12 are bandaid, fitness, meat. Hack and Solar are at 11.2-11.3. Most buffs are 10.1 or higher, wish is 11.0

Is it possible and are people willing to help?

I am wanting to get attuned with my friend here i have lots of 12 rings and 11's as well . buffs range from 10-11.8 in level.

You would be more appealing if you were CL 11.5+ with:
Mantis, Slash, Hack, Bump, Meat, passive

If you manage to get a crew together and need kite, HMU.

You'll want to swap meat and bandage for scaling buffs, or for attacks before you get attuned. You won't need them in GR. Also, most people won't let you take solar to GR so you might want to level up other attacks (personally, I take mantis, hack, slash, and hot foot when I dps in GR). I know there's a guide that says to always take meat to GR, but playstyle has changed a lot since it was written.
