if you're patient enough you can always wait for the bar to fill
then a whole bunch of 10's will be around dms emotion_awesome

lol but in all honesty try expanding your connections by adding past dms crew members
chances are they'll put a status up asking for 1 more member or they'll pass your name around if someone needs a person to fill in
