Question: Does the Ghi Exp add up to each time you log on? Also, what about the Accuracy and Dodge Boost? Mine seem to be at the normal level but for the Luck, Willpower, & Health have already reached Major Boost.

I'm... not really understanding what you're getting at if I'm honest though~ x.x;
Ghi exp is cumulative; you cannot ever lose any of it. So... yes for each time you log on? It's basically just counting as a minute of activity though. Similar to defeating an enemy or moving to a different screen/area~
As for major accuracy and major dodge, those are the last 2 you earn, with major accuracy being the very last (and longest one) to be obtained~
If you really want to see the bar move, take screenshots... one now and one after a few hours of playing~
