2 ring sets good for DMS reg

Fortune's Favor gives an accuracy boost of 48 at CL 12.0 and Fitness one of 24, which is 72. That's already more than the Space Trooper. Besides, Guns Guns Guns has such a low DPS you'd be doing roughly the same amount of damage and Tape is a waste of a ringslot (you could do more damage if you replaced it with Slash). The only set really good for dps is Ninja because all the rings in it are DMS useful. As you mentioned, Pirate is good for kiting, and I've heard of people using Medic to kite.

... you missed out Chef Set w/ Meat Hack Pot Knife. Yeah people will say yeah knife is not needed this and that ok but its useful in some situation if you steal aggro usually first monster to atk and also raging NF's in a room. B*thces its +70 dodge -Acc [knife] + HP + Highest DPS/DPH + POT [who doesn't love pot?!?]

If you have a good tank and you steal aggro, they'll heal you to make sure you don't die. Besides, the Chef set isn't needed in reg YM because it only gives a dodge boost, and you shouldn't be getting hit that much. Meat isn't standard in DMS anymore either and is a waste of a ringslot, because if you have a tank you shouldn't be taking more damage than you have HP. Also if an NF rages, someone is doing something wrong. Knife is really only useful on Kam (or if you're tanking YM and want to personally control damage you take).

idk I prefer for 10.0 to still bring meat [vulnerability]. Usually first few monsters to atk in the room can be stolen bound to take damage [dangerous for low cl]. I love mobbing BD. I think meat is not that waste of slot. Well maybe yes you can drop it if you can handle yourself [experience/boosts/powups?]. Not everytime tank can heal crew [positioning/restrictions/laziness]. Only on Kam eh? Even people don't bring it in Crypt and BL. I just wanna suggest for people to get it to get most out of the game. Try features of the game its fun...

If you're taking meat then you don't need knife if you steal aggro of one monster (and you should only be attacking one monster at once). I'll allow 10s to bring meat but even without meat you should be able to kill a monster you've accidentally aggro'd before it kills you. Plus, if you're a 10 you don't know how to use Knife Sharpen properly.

And I've seen people bring Knife to BL.

I get that you crit. more with the set, but with 2-3 attacks?
I'd rather get a lower chance of crit. with 4-5 attacks. The Accuracy difference isn't that bad either.
When I think of DPS I think of how much damage I do to a monster before I die. (soloing)

You missed the point that he didn't create the set for DMS Reg and it's not a new idea to use such a set in a reg crew. Crediting that to Ninja is stupid, because he wasn't the one who created the idea of tanking, having the crew take off meat, and carry sets. That was happening well before he came along.

I've taken the space trooper set into all areas of DMS and it's actually not horrible if you think about it. Ggguns is roughly the same Dps as Slash/Shuriken and with the +70 (+82 or so at 12 I think?) Accuracy bonus you can just bring Integ/Fitness + 3 swords and look at tape as a super buffed up Fortune's Favor (that can actually be of some use)

Although if you really look at guns and tape as total wastes of space I'm not sure how it compares to 3 passives/3 swords (Your accuracy is higher but Dps might be less with 3 attacks)

I think it's a fun and very decent variation of 2 passives + 4 attacks.

I rarely take bandage, wish, and meat in DMS when I'm not tanking/healing, even in YM, and when I tank YM I suggest others do the same. When I dps in YM I take a GR dps set (four attacks two passives). You don't need Ninja set for that.

You missed the point that he didn't create the set for DMS Reg and it's not a new idea to use such a set in a reg crew.
