zOMG! Update - Buccaneer Boardwalk, now open to everyone!

We're happy to announce that after a long time of limited access, we can now open Buccaneer Boardwalk to the public! I also heard a rumor that some recreational activities will be added in the near future, so you can relax after a long day of enforcing the law in that very dangerous looking cave near that old Von Helson mansion.
